New Florida Bill Would Allow Home Grow Cannabis— With Conditions
A new legislative push in Florida could expand the state’s medical-cannabis rules to let qualified patients grow cannabis plants at home. If the bill — filed just last week — becomes law, it would mark a significant shift in Florida policy, where until now only licensed facilities (Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers, or MMTCs) have been allowed to cultivate cannabis.
